Jyoti had just resigned from one of the well-known BPOs in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai and was waiting for her full & final settlement (F&F). She had a train to catch day after tomorrow, as she was an out-station employee. Till now, the F&F formalities were not completed. Naturally, she was very tense.
